The Asset Manager tracks essential data such as purchase date, service date, and purchase price. Each asset may be assigned to an asset type, to a department, and to a section. Depreciation data includes the method, life, and salvage value. Five user defined fields and a generous note field ensure that data specific to your company needs is recorded.
Depreciation calculations take into account purchase price, life, and salvage value. Prior accumulated depreciation amounts, even if the amount is not correct, may be entered for an asset and depreciation will be correctly calculated for the remaining life of the asset.
With the sophisticated report generator, reports may include any of the available fields in any order. The fixed asset data may be grouped and sorted on a number of fields. This flexibility allows for creation of a report for most needs.
