 The Asset Manager provides affordable fixed asset management software. Fixed asset data is easily maintained with the intuitive interface. The flexible reporting allows the fixed asset data to be displayed in a variety of formats.  FIXED ASSET DETAIL Essential details such as purchase price, purchase date, and service date are tracked for each asset. Each asset may be assigned to a type, department, and section. Five user defined fields and a generous note field ensure that data specific to your company needs is recorded. DEPRECIATIONDepreciation method, life, and salvage value are some of the depreciation data that is tracked by The Asset Manager. Prior accumulated depreciation amounts, even if the amount is not correct, may be entered for an asset and depreciation will be correctly calculated for the remaining life of the asset. ADDITIONS AND DISPOSALSAdditions and disposals are both entered on the add/edit screen. Essential data is easily entered for each addition. When disposing of an asset, the sales value may be entered. Upon disposal, The Asset Manager will calculate accumulated depreciation and book value based on the disposal date. REPORTSThe Asset Manager features customizable reporting which allows the reports to include any of the available fields in any order. The reports may be grouped and/or sorted on a variety of fields. Any open time period may be used to generate the reports with depreciation calculated and reported according to the specified time period. MORE INFORMATION
